Townhouses in central Geelong for two brothers and their families, with a considered response to orientation not typical of developer driven projects. The design included courtyards that allowed for sunlight into the centre of the floor plan – we are working on a case study, so more information to come.
Theis project recently appeared as a visual on the social media of the Premier of Victoria Jacinta Allan, as an example of successful medium density housing projects.
