As Director of Geelong based architecture practice RT Architects, Ryan thrives on exceeding client and community expectations. Working personally with all clients has allowed Ryan to combine his care for design quality with his experience and understanding of sustainable design practices.
The RT Architects legacy shall be defined by our care for the quality of spaces and design leadership within the architectural community and beyond.
A registered architect since 2006, Ryan has extensive experience in the design and delivery of ecologically focused residential, community, commercial and education projects. Ryan has honed his expertise through travel, study, 20 years of professional practice, mentoring and teaching.
Leadership within the community is a legacy afforded by former mentors, who actively gave Ryan opportunities to present projects and principals of environmentally sustainable design within the community and various institutions.
Alongside practice, Ryan was the inaugural curator of The Geelong & Surf Coast Regional
Practice Forum and after stepping back in 2023, has continued to support this program. The forum aims to foster excellence within the local architecture community, as well as advocating the value of design and architectural services to the wider community. Ryan believes that access to quality design services is a valuable community asset.
