An exciting new project fronting the Great Ocean Road in the idyllic beachside town of Moggs Creek. The stunning location enjoys panoramic ocean views from the Aireys Inlet Lighthouse, west towards Lorne.
The design responds sensitively to the existing natural vegetation and bushfire prone characteristics of the site. Historically, a two-story dwelling existed on the site up to the summer of 1983, when the Ash Wednesday fires impact the entire township. The existing dwelling was destroyed by fire and wasn’t subsequently rebuilt. The new house will occupy a very similar footprint.
We look forward to the construction of this design commencing in 2027.
